The first step in our process is scheduling a complementary informational call. During this call, we learn more about you and your brand’s needs, and also give you a little more information about who we are. By the end of this call, both parties have a better understanding of the other and are able to make an informed decision.
If, after the conclusion of the informational call, a client decides to move forward in the process, we schedule a consultation. At this point, we discuss specifics such as services requested, the term of services, our execution plan, requested levels of communication, and logistics.
In order to protect both parties and ensure a seamless service experience, we request all clients complete a short client agreement. This agreement details both parties responsibilities and ensures everyone is on the same page. We also may request additional documentation on an as-needed basis such as login information to render the booked services.
Following the plan laid out during the consultation, our team gets to work on providing exceptional services while continually checking in with clients. We are always available to our clients during business hours to answer questions, make changes, or address problems that may arise.
Once the services are rendered complete, we deliver an invoice including hours and services completed.

We may occasionally check in with you and deliver additional tips and exclusive free content aimed at supporting you throughout your journey.
